How are the pellets delivered?
Wood pellets are usually delivered by pallet truck with a lift or elevator to ensure safe unloading.
- Pellets packed in bags
- Protected against moisture
- Convenient for storage and use
✔ Where possible, pellets are unloaded as close as possible to the storage site.
Access and unloading conditions
For a smooth delivery of pellets, it is important to:
- the width of the driveway must not be less than 3 m
- solid ground (no dirt, sand or steep slopes)
- enough space for the truck to turn around
If access is limited, goods are unloaded at the nearest secure location.
Important information for customers
- make sure there is a person available to receive the goods at the time of delivery
- check the condition of the goods on delivery
- please inform us in advance of any additional requirements
